April is Conference month?

The following is entirely written by my Mom:

Did everybody know that April is Conference month? It is what I came to know when I noticed that I am spending much time on “planes, cars and trains and other things that move” and meeting wonderful people and eating fabulous foods that someone explained to me that April is Conference month.

Well, glad to be part of the movement. Princeton was awesome, I sketched a lot but don’t have the time yet to organize it while getting ready for the talk in Williams Paterson college today along with Dean Haspiel, Gregory Benton and Crista Cassano. Then to Columbus Ohio, the Graphic Details exhibit is there now in the fabulous Comic museum they have.

In a few days I will be the key-note speaker at this conference in Israel:

“Anti-Semitism and Hatred of ‘The Other’ in Caricatures Conference” Collaboration between the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, CSEP in Beer Sheva University and the Israeli Cartoon Museum. This conference was supposed to be about “The Rising Antisemitism in Europe” but after the tragedy in Paris and also in Copenhagen it is taking up a whole other meaning.

I am both greatly honored but also a bit scared. More about all this later.

Meanwhile these pictures I love, Rutu Modan, Geoff and Ester Szep, from the Eotvos Lorand University all the way from Budapest and Rutu with Liana Finck.

Much more in May.
